• Gait Analysis: We analyze your running mechanics to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• TrainingPeaks App Onboarding: At the end of the evaluation, you will be set up on the TrainingPeaks app, where we will program your initial rehab plan. This setup is crucial for monitoring your progress and making necessary adjustments.
This initial evaluation sets you up for success, but it’s just the beginning.
Step 2: Follow-Up sessions - Rehab and Training Program
Rehab often goes wrong here because people struggle with compliance, accountability, and progressing their routine effectively. This is where our ongoing, monthly program comes in. We transition you into a comprehensive coaching relationship to keep you on track and ensure continuous progress:
• Customized Rehab Exercises: You’ll receive targeted routines designed to address your specific needs and accelerate recovery.
• Progressive Return-to-Run Plan: A gradual and safe reintroduction to running, tailored to your goals and adjusted monthly as you progress.
• Constant Support and Adjustments: Stay on track with regular updates and modifications via the TrainingPeaks app, with ongoing support month after month.
• Flexible Check-ins: Choose the number of check-ins that suits your needs, starting with one per month. Need more support? Add additional check-ins anytime to ensure you’re always on the right track and motivated.
Our goal is not just to get you back to 80%, but to 100%. Through a structured monthly coaching relationship, we provide the ongoing support, accountability, and motivation needed to fully restore your running capabilities.
