Do you work with runners coming back from bone stress injuries? Yes. I specialize in helping runners recover from stress fractures and tendinopathies through a gradual, structured return-to-run progression.
Can I get a gait analysis if I’m not injured? Absolutely. Many runners use gait analysis to optimize efficiency and reduce injury risk.
Do you offer in-person physical therapy in Roanoke? Yes. In-person sessions are available locally. I also work with athletes virtually across the U.S.
